Product Owner Software
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to shape and drive the development of our software products: from concept to delivery. The team develops a wide range of solutions—from embedded firmware for Lumosa’s EV chargers and LED lighting to a cloud-based portal and app for our installation partners and internal tooling that powers our organization and manufacturing operations.
You have a proven track record (5+ years) as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role within software development. With a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and technical concepts, you know how to bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution. You're comfortable collaborating across functions, managing competing priorities, and turning strategic ideas into clear, actionable work.
We’re looking for someone who brings confidence, clarity, and leadership — someone who can guide teams through ambiguity, navigate complexity, and ensure that what gets built is valuable, usable, and feasible.
Who are you?
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in software development;
- Strong technical background and understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile practices, and end-to-end product delivery;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Able to influence across all levels of the organization;
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple initiatives, and adapt quickly to change;
- Skilled at breaking down complex technical systems and collaborating with cross-functional software – and hardware teams;
- Experience using tools like Jira and Confluence for backlog management and cross-team collaboration.
