Service Monteur
Heb je geen hoogtevrees, ben je graag buiten en onderweg én weet je alles van techniek? Dat komt goed uit! Lumosa zoekt namelijk een enthousiaste Service Monteur die verantwoordelijk is voor o.a. het oplossen van storingen aan onze duurzame producten: laadpalen & ledverlichting.
Team Lead Software
Do you get energy from leading people and building smart software solutions? Then this is your opportunity. Lumosa is looking for a Team Lead Software who enjoys combining hands-on development with guiding an international Scrum team. You will work on innovative solutions ranging from embedded software for EV chargers and LED lighting to cloud platforms and apps that support our partners and internal operations.
Scrum Master
Do you thrive on guiding teams and making agile work in practice? Lumosa is looking for a Scrum Master to support our international Scrum team. You will help the team work smoothly, remove obstacles, and drive continuous improvement while fostering clear communication, collaboration, and accountability. In this role, you’ll make sure agile principles are lived in practice and that our software—from EV charger and LED firmware to cloud platforms and apps—is delivered efficiently and with high quality.
Product Owner Software
Do you love turning ideas into software that makes a real impact? Lumosa is looking for a Product Owner Software to guide our software products from concept to delivery. You’ll work with a versatile international team on everything from embedded firmware for EV chargers and LED lighting to cloud platforms and apps for our partners and internal operations. In this role, you’ll combine technical insight with leadership to ensure that what we build is valuable, usable, and feasible.
Embedded (Firmware) Engineer

Frontend Engineer
Do you enjoy creating intuitive and visually strong user interfaces that make complex systems easy to use? Lumosa is looking for a Frontend Engineer to join our international Scrum team. You will work on user-facing web applications for smart LED lighting, EV chargers, and internal platforms, with a strong focus on usability, performance, and visual consistency. In this role, you’ll combine technical expertise with a sharp eye for UI and UX, while helping the team grow and deliver high-quality frontend solutions.
