Our smart lighting performs better by consuming less. With LumosaTouch, users have full control over their installation. You can easily set lighting schedules, link usage to field occupancy or match calendars, and dim each section exactly as needed — even per half or quarter of the field. Everything works intuitively, remotely, via desktop or app. It reduces burn hours and extends the lifespan of your system. You only use energy when it's needed. That’s real-life sustainability.
Smart Light That Does Exactly What’s Needed
Good lighting starts with a good plan. Not a one-size-fits-all solution, but a setup tailored to the location, needs, and usage. For every project, we create a bespoke lighting design — clear, balanced, and precisely tuned.
We take everything into account: field layout, training schedules, and the surrounding environment. With asymmetrical lenses, lightguides, and smart zones through LumosaTouch, we only light where needed. That way, we reduce light pollution and protect local wildlife, nature, and residents.
You’ll see the same care in our luminaires. Lightweight, wind tunnel tested, and engineered for safety — even in rough conditions. Each unit is aligned in-house, so there are no surprises during installation. And since we design and produce everything ourselves, we guarantee quality. From the first lighting simulation to the final bolt.

For us, sustainability goes beyond lighting. With Lumosa Energy, we develop solutions that reduce waste across the entire energy chain — from charging points to DC innovations and smart systems that link generation, storage, and use.
DC (direct current) plays a big role in this. It prevents unnecessary energy conversions and losses. Fewer switches, more output from each kilowatt. Our AC chargers — and future DC systems — are all designed with the same goal: maximum return from every unit of energy.
We believe in a future where energy flows work together more efficiently. And we’re building that future, not someday, but right now.
Sustainable Operations, Every Day
What we expect from our products, we expect from ourselves. That’s why we’re improving our own operations, step by step.
Our headquarters generates its own power through solar panels. That energy is stored locally in a 160 kWh battery and used to power our fully electric vehicle fleet. The building uses LED lighting throughout, and we think carefully about every input and output, from packaging volume to reusable materials and smart logistics.
For us, quality also means taking responsibility. Not just on paper, but in daily practice.
People Make the Difference
A truly sustainable organisation is one where people can grow. Everyone has the space to be themselves and contribute in their own way.
We support growth on the job, offer Dutch lessons during work hours, and regularly organise info sessions, lunches, and team moments. We aim for gender balance in leadership and across teams.
