Founded in 2011 through the merger of two clubs TMHC Tilburg and TMHC Forward, it now counts over 2,500 active members. That puts HC Tilburg among the five largest hockey clubs in the Netherlands. And you can feel it.
With the women’s first team competing in the Hoofdklasse and the men’s first team in the Promotieklasse, HC Tilburg welcomes enthusiastic crowds every weekend. A great honour to light up the entire sports park and ensure every corner of the hockey fields and pétanque courts is evenly illuminated.

The Lumosa x HC Tilburg partnership goes beyond lighting the park. We’re proud of our new, long-term sponsorship that puts HC Tilburg’s hockey players in the spotlight for the next ten years. Helping them get the most out of themselves and raise their game. That’s what we call a bright idea.

With around 92 LED luminaires, we’ve illuminated nearly the entire HC Tilburg sports park. We’ve combined 300 lux for general use with a 500 lux match setting. That makes colours more vibrant and movement easier to follow, ideal for high-level matches that draw spectators to Tilburg from far and wide.
All fixtures are aligned using a custom lighting design, ensuring even light distribution across the park.
Saving energy with LumosaTouch
HC Tilburg also chooses sustainability. To keep energy use low and reduce costs, they use the LumosaTouch app. With one tap, they can switch between lighting modes, illuminate only part of the field or park, or dim the lights when needed. Easy and efficient.
