Mahurangi East Tennis Club shines with new Lumosa LED lighting
Mahurangi East Tennis Club, Mahurangi East Tennis Club, located in Goodall Reserve in Snells Beach, is the heart of the local coastal tennis community. The club has seven high-quality artificial grass courts, a modern clubhouse and now, thanks to Lumosa, a state-of-the-art LED lighting system on the four main courts. Lumosa delivered a world-class lighting installation that elevates the club’s evening play experience.
Optimal light distribution
The challenge was to improve the lighting on the two centre courts, which had historically been too dark for evening tennis. By using narrow beam angles, the light is now directed precisely toward the centre of the court area. Courts two and three are no longer a problem. They now have more than 500 lux and offer an excellent playing experience for the tennis community.
